Today
I came dangerously close to being productive. Thankfully, the chaos that is my life saved me from that fate!

I'm right; You're Wrong
Great posts on "Oppositional Conversational Style" by Gretchen Rubin:
Ever Been Stuck in an “I’m Right; You’re Wrong” Conversation?

This Summer I Am Grateful
This summer, more than ever, I am grateful for electricity, air conditioning and municipal water supplies.
I hope that we get rain in short time to keep the farmers' crops viable.

Today I Am Grateful
For EMS workers everywhere.
Someone on our street had a wee tumble and needed to be taken to the ER. I'm extra grateful the EMS guys took very good care.

Today I Am Grateful

At What Point

Just curious.

Today I Am Grateful
Although a household in our neighbourhood clearly doesn't understand that not everyone wants to listen his radio station when we're enjoying the great outdoors, I am grateful that it's a station I can stomach and it doesn't go on into the wee hours of the night.
(But it doesn't stop me from wishing I could create a bubble to keep out other people's noise.)
