I too am down to ONE stove element (the little one!), and a completely useless indoor jenair grill on the other side of the stove. Thank goodness we brought our stove with us when we moved and put it in our basement. Both our washer and dryer fritzed within 2 weeks of eachother and happily the fight to bring out washer and dryer from the old house was won by me and we have those installed.
I too am annoyed by modern conveniences right now. I hear you!
