Dear Miche,
If it was serious, they would tell you to go to emerg now. Or they would tell you to come in this afternoon. Or something like that. At least that is how I would interpret this. So...good luck and try not to freak out too much, if that is possible.
Awesome advice javamom! (But difficult for me to implement.)
It seems I can say with some certainty that "I'm not dead yet!"
