I can't watch the video right now, but I will say that "Canon" is my very favorite classical song. I had it played at my wedding. And it's on three of the classical CDs I play in my classroom.
Okay, I've watched the video now, and I never realized how right he was! That song *IS* everywhere! I never really heard it in all those songs before. Wow. It's a good thing I LIKE the song! :) Now, I'm gonna hear Pachelbel in my sleep tonight....
It's funny, you know, I can't hear "Pachelbel's Canon" without thinking of a jewelry commercial. It was bad enough so that I can't remember the brand it was selling, but good enough to keep the association with the music!
It's a little frightening how pervasive that tune is!! At least you'll be dreaming something you enjoy!
